HOME
12 May – 14 May @ GOTAFE Wangaratta
The theme for 2023 is “Home.” Home can be a residence, a locality, or a country. It may be a house or even a caravan. It is where most of us feel comfortable and where we belong. We, in the Northeast, have endured difficult times over the past couple of years -the 2020 summer of fires, COVID lockdowns, and floods. Participation in the arts can lead to enhanced feelings of well-being and social inclusion. It is a way of sharing our story of where we belong and the place we call home.
Don’t miss your biennial chance to participate in this program of inspiring workshops, performances, and fun!
Online booking is now open using the program links in the grid below. Workshops are open to everyone.
Please book early (before 4th May if possible) as workshops will be cancelled if minimum numbers are not reached.
The biennial GANEAA Across the Arts Festival is a unique event in Victoria, spanning three stimulating and creatively charged days. It successfully combines presenters of national and international standing with artists living and working in the Goulburn and North East regions. Through generous funding from numerous organisations, the multi-art-form project addresses a regional population’s diverse professional development needs by providing opportunities to access first-rate training from high-quality, experienced artists.
