Taro Iiyama Cardboard and Paper Sculpture Workshop

This workshop is for beginners to advanced artists and also anyone with an interest in repurposing, recycling, creating. Those new to sculpture will be guided through a variety of sculptural techniques with cardboards and papers, aimed at acquiring skills and working towards finished pieces. This is a chance to think about the everyday recycled materials while turning it into sculptures or 3D objects. Have fun while learning to construct, transform, assemble, and sculpt.

All materials are provided, however, you are welcome to bring your own cardboards and papers (any interesting materials you have collected with regards to texture, colour, etc). You will need to provide your own cutter knife, scissors, ruler, an apron or wear old clothes.

Bring a snack, drink and lunch.
