Participants to bring: cutting matt, scissors, ruler, an apron or wear old clothes; you are welcome to bring your own papers (any interesting materials you have collected with regards to texture, colour, etc).

Artist Bio
Taro Iiyama was born in Japan, and has been a permanent resident in Australia since 2004.
He graduated with the Advanced Diploma of Engineering Technology and Diploma of Visual Arts at Goulburn Ovens Institute of TAFE, VIC in 2005 – 2009.
In 2018, he was selected for Yarra Valley Arts / Yering Station Sculpture Award, Deakin University.
Taro won the Contemporary Small Sculpture Award, awarded at Swanpool for Recycled Sculpture Award.
Taro won the Sculpture award at the Rutherglen Tastes of Art Prize 2019.
Taro has received several awards, completed a number of pubic and private commissions, solo exhibitions and numerous group exhibitions in the last 15 years.
